The Sri Lankan Health Ministry has issued an updated circular on quarantine measures for international visitors.Fully vaccinated Sri Lankans and dual citizens will be able to enter their houses for an obligatory 14-day quarantine.
This home quarantine facility is not available to persons who have been to or transited through India, Vietnam, South Africa, or South America in the last 14 days.
Those who arrive without being properly vaccinated must be quarantined for 14 days at one of the Qurantine hotels or institutions.
Tourists arriving under the tourism biosecurity bubble are exempt from these requirements.
