The decision on whether or not to extend the island-wide travel restrictions will be made tomorrow.

Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said a decision would be made tomorrow on whether the existing island-wide travel restrictions will be maintained or eased.

The COVID-19 task committee would meet with President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa tomorrow to assess the situation and make a decision, he said.
